How do I manage my subscription (e.g., skip, pause, cancel)?

Managing your Heartland Home & Style subscription is easy and can be done online at any time.

Here's how:

1. Log in to your account at [www.heartlandhomeandstyle.com/account](http://www.heartlandhomeandstyle.com/account)

2. Click on the "Subscriptions" tab to view your active subscriptions

3. Find the subscription you want to manage and click "View Details" From the subscription details page, you can:

- Skip a shipment: If you need to skip a shipment, click "Skip" next to the upcoming order. You can skip up to 2 consecutive shipments at a time. Your subscription will automatically resume on the next scheduled shipment date.

- Pause your subscription: If you need to take a longer break from your subscription, click "Pause Subscription" and select the duration of the pause (1, 2, or 3 months). Your subscription will automatically resume at the end of the selected pause period.

- Change your subscription frequency: If you want to receive your subscription more or less often, click "Edit Frequency" and select a new frequency (every 1, 2, 3, or 6 months). Your new frequency will take effect on your next scheduled shipment date.

- Change your subscription quantity: If you want to receive more or fewer items in each shipment, click "Edit Quantity" and select a new quantity. Your new quantity will take effect on your next scheduled shipment date. Cancel your subscription: If you no longer want to receive your subscription, click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation. Your subscription will be canceled immediately, and you will not be charged for any future shipments.

Please note that changes to your subscription must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment date to take effect for that shipment. If you make changes after the 24-hour window, they will take effect on the following shipment.
