How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Initiating a return or exchange with Heartland Home & Style is easy.

Here's how to do it:

2. Enter your order number and the email address used to place the order.

3. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and the reason for your return.

4. Choose whether you would like a refund or an exchange. If you select an exchange, you will be prompted to choose the new size or color you would like.

5. Print your return shipping label. We offer a prepaid return shipping label for a flat fee of $5, which will be deducted from your refund. If you prefer to use your own shipping method, you are responsible for the return shipping charges.

6. Pack your return securely in the original packaging, if possible. Make sure to include all original tags and accessories.

7. Attach the return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your local post office or shipping carrier. Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5-7 business days. If you requested a refund, it will be issued to your original form of payment. If you requested an exchange, we will ship your new item to you at no additional cost.
